About the Workshop

This immersive workshop is hosted at TGIA Farms in Saddlebrooke, Arizona,
in collaboration with AZSunstead. Students will experience hands-on earth home building,
learning from skilled instructors while building community.
You’ll gain knowledge in cob, adobe, and earthbag construction — techniques that empower you to create
sustainable housing directly from the land.

Workshop Schedule

• Arrival: Wednesday afternoon — settle in, tour the site.
• Training Days: Thursday – Saturday (breakfast & lunch included on site).
• Departure: Sunday morning.
• Dinner: On your own (local option: Chaparral Restaurant, minutes away).

Meals

• Breakfast & lunch provided (carnivore & omnivore options).

• Vegan options available — please let us know your preferences.

• Dinner is independent — explore local dining nearby.

Lodging

• On-site dry camping (bring your camper, trailer, or RV). No fires allowed.

• Off-site lodging: Catalina Inn, just 20 minutes away.

• We offer free pickup/drop-off from the airport if you need transport.
